New Age Flag Football Announces Uptown Charlotte Location

New Age Flag Football has announced the location for it's Spring 2020 Uptown Charlotte season. Players at the NAFFL Uptown location will be able to play at the Atrium Health Dome.

The Atrium Health Dome is located off of Cedar Street and will be able to accommodate two NAFFL games at once.

"This is a dream come true. For our players to have the opportunity to play where professional athletes train is a big deal. With us having a roof over our head, we'll never have to worry about rain outs," owner Charles Johnson said.

Execute Director, Ian Holmes, added, "It's going to create a unique atmosphere. We're the only youth league offering this opportunity at this moment. What player wouldn't want to play here?"

The Uptown Charlotte Spring season will be played on Sundays between Noon and 6 pm.

"I am looking forward to hosting tournaments, camps, and clinics inside the Atrium Health Dome. We have a unique opportunity to grow the sport of football in Charlotte," Charles explained.

"Along with our games on Sundays, we will have the dome for one night a week during weekdays. We have a great line up of activities planned that I think our community will be receptive of. When Charles and Ian told me that we were able to give this opportunity to our players, I was ecstatic. Growing up, there weren't opportunities like this in Charlotte. Our players are going to absolutely fall in love with playing inside the Atrium Health Dome," said commissioner, JJ Briceno.
